Metropolitan Properties was started in 2014. We specialize in residential housing and creative industrial properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. Our residential portfolio currently includes single family dwellings, small multi-tenant apartments up to 4 units, and medium multi-tenant apartments from 8 to 26 units. Our industrial portfolio includes single- tenant 4,400 sqft warehouse and multi-tenant creative industrial spaces, in single story and 2 story large warehouses, units ranging from 500 sqft to 5,000 sqft.
